After completing studies at Drexel University in 1979, starting as a Sales Engineer, Regional Manager and then Marketing Manager, Gary learned how to implement consultative selling and solution development skills at Bently Nevada Corp., IRD Mechanalysis, and Wilcoxon Research. During 1993 -1999 Gary worked as VP Sales and Service for SKF Condition Monitoring. And, over the next 11 years, Gary’s expertise expanded to include Lean Manufacturing transformations, Cost Accounting and Financial Management, serving as President and COO for two mid-size firms that turned perennial operating loses into sustainable profits, growing Customer satisfaction, sales and market share. Since rejoining SKF in 2011, Gary guided SKF initiatives to leverage alliances and relationships with Process Automation Suppliers to produce strategic sales and Machinery Health Monitoring Delivery Projects that increase machine reliability, improve plant availability, enhancing Customer profits and safety.
