Bob Stolz

Bob Stolz is General Manager for Chevron Lubricants, North America. In this role he is responsible for the sales and marketing of finished lubricants, and coolants to consumer, commercial and industrial customers in the $1.8 billion North America region, including the United States and Canada.
Before assuming his current role, Stolz was General Manager of Chevron Marine Lubricants and Global Accounts, where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide international marine lubricants business and global customer relationships. Previously, he served as Area Business Manager for Chevron’s Northwest Asphalt business where he managed a fully integrated asphalt manufacturing and marketing business with refinery, marine terminal, and blending operations.
In his 33 years with Chevron, Stolz’s experience spans every element of the downstream value chain, including assignments in fuels, lubricants, wax, and asphalt. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, plant operations, sales, product management, trading, marketing, technology, strategic planning, and business unit leadership.

Brian Schmidt

Brian Schmidt has over 28 years of experience in the Commercial and Industrial segments. He is located in Gilbert, AZ and is the Americas Mining Manager for Chevron Lubricants. Brian is a graduate from the University of Utah and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering, is certified as a CLS (Certified Lubrication Specialist) and OMA (Oil Monitoring Analyst) from the Society of Tribology and Lubrication Engineers. He is a member of STLE, Certified Maintenance Reliability Professionals, and the Society of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers.

Prior to joining Chevron, Dan worked as a Territory Manager, Lubrication Engineer, and Sales Engineer at Mobil Oil Corporation for 20 years (1979-99) after graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
