Bob Stolz is General Manager for Chevron Lubricants, North America.  In this role he is responsible for the sales and marketing of finished lubricants, and coolants to consumer, commercial and industrial customers in the $1.8 billion North America region, including the United States and Canada.

Before assuming his current role, Stolz was General Manager of Chevron Marine Lubricants and Global Accounts, where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide international marine lubricants business and global customer relationships.  Previously, he served as Area Business Manager for Chevron’s Northwest Asphalt business where he managed a fully integrated asphalt manufacturing and marketing business with refinery, marine terminal, and blending operations.

In his 33 years with Chevron, Stolz’s experience spans every element of the downstream value chain, including assignments in fuels, lubricants, wax, and asphalt.   He has held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, plant operations, sales, product management, trading, marketing, technology, strategic planning, and business unit leadership.

A native from the state of Washington, Stolz holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University.  He and his wife, Mary, have one son, Nick, and a daughter, Molly.

Brian Schmidt has over 28 years of experience in the Commercial and Industrial segments.  He is located in Gilbert, AZ and is the Americas Mining Manager for Chevron Lubricants. Brian is a graduate from the University of Utah and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering, is certified as a CLS (Certified Lubrication Specialist) and OMA (Oil Monitoring Analyst) from the Society of Tribology and Lubrication Engineers. He is a member of STLE, Certified Maintenance Reliability Professionals, and the Society of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers.

Matt Haas is the Manager, Global Product Support Services, he holds responsibility for the division’s field program processes, standard warranty policies, strategic partner warranty recovery, and extended warranty business as board member of John Deere Captive Insurance. Matt is located at the John Deere Construction & Forestry headquarters in Moline, Illinois.  For the past 12 years Matt has held positions in Quality & Reliability Engineering, New Product Development, Manufacturing Leadership, and Customer & Product Support all within John Deere

Jason Gerig is currently the Americas ISOCLEAN & Services Sector Manager for Chevron Lubricants where he is implementing an industry leading business model for certified clean lubricants.  He has 24 years’ experience in the lubricants and fuel industry holding various positions in operations management, marketing, and sales.  Including experience in equipment management for a heavy highway construction company. His primary passion and focus has been focused on machine reliability utilizing certified clean lubricants.  He holds a B.S. degree in Business Marketing from the University of Wyoming and has been recognized by the Society of Tribologists and Lubricant Engineers as a Certified Lubricant Specialist and Oil Monitoring Analyst.

Jim Wagner is currently the Manager, Connected Support, for the John Deere Construction and Forestry division.  Jim is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that leverage machine connectivity and technology to maximize uptime for customers.  Jim is located at the John Deere Dubuque Works in Dubuque, IA.  He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Clarke University.

Bennett Fitch is the director of product development and Lubrication Program Development (LPD) services for Noria Corporation. As a senior technical consultant, Bennett is an animated, experienced instructor with an interactive, yet relaxed approach to engage his audience. His expertise is established from years within oil analysis and machinery lubrication as the core of his career. He received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in applied tribology. Bennett holds Level II Machine Lubrication Technician and Level III Machine Lubricant Analyst certifications through the International Council for Machinery Lubrication.

Chris VanDagna is the Global Delo Off Road Segment Manager for Chevron Lubricants. In this role, he’s responsible for the developing and deploying global commercial lubricant off-road segment strategies, which includes managing a global product line and overseeing the OEM relationship strategy. Chris has held this role for three years. Prior to that Chris was a Business Consultant for Chevron Lubricants in the Northeast US, specializing in off road applications, and a consultant at Johnson Controls in their Energy & Performance Contracting division. Chris is OMA-1 certified, and holds a MBA from Regis University, and a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Dan Holdmeyer

With over 39 years in the oil and gas industry, Dan Holdmeyer has worked for Chevron the past 19 years, serving in a variety of capacities with the company in addition to his current role as Industrial Sector Manager where he manages product portfolios, sales and marketing strategies, and programs for the industrial sector. Prior to Industrial Sector Manager, Dan was the Industrial Brands & Coolants Manager. Within Chevron Industrial lubricants, Dan has held other positions such as Training Specialist, Industry Specialist, National Account Manager, Global Account & OEM Manager, and OEM Specialist. Prior to joining Chevron, Dan worked as a Territory Manager, Lubrication Engineer, and Sales Engineer at Mobil Oil Corporation for 20 years (1979-99) after graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
