When and where is the 2019 RMC?
The 2019 Chevron Reliability Maintenance Conference will be held at the Phoenix Marriott Resort Tempe at the Buttes, March 18 – 20, 2019.
How do I make my hotel reservation?
Attendees pay a nominal registration fee for attendance, and arrange their own transportation to Phoenix. Once on-site, all food and beverage, hotel room for March 18 -20, transportation to the John Deere Training Center, and all other conference activities are hosted by Chevron Lubricants**. Additional nights are at the attendee’s expense.
When attendees register, check-in and check-out dates are collected on the registration form. The 2019 RMC staff will take care of booking the hotel room for the entire stay. The hotel will require a credit card to be presented upon check-in for incidentals and any additional nights beyond Monday and Tuesday nights.
How do I get to/from the airport?
Transportation can be purchased through the 2019 RMC registration between the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and the Marriott. If you would like to add airport transportation to your existing registration, please call 888.501.7469 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additional information on where to meet the shuttle in the airport will be posted here and emailed to attendees closer to the show.

Will I have an opportunity to download the presentations after the conference?
Select presentations will be made available at the discretion of the presenter in the days following the Chevron Reliability Maintenance Conference.
What do I wear?
Daytime temperatures for Phoenix in March can be above 70° during the day, but can drop below 50° in the evenings. Don’t forget to bring a jacket and dress in layers.
Dress for 2019 RMC is business casual. On Tuesday, we will be visiting the John Deere Training Center where we will get hands-on with some of their latest equipment. Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required, and jeans are appropriate. Hard hats and steel toe boots are not required.
Will my photo be taken during the conference?
The 2019 RMC staff will be conducting both photography and videography during the conference on behalf of Chevron Lubricants. The digital content taken during all conference activities will be used in future promotional materials in print, electronic, and other media, including the RMC and Chevron websites. By participating in this conference you grant RMC and Chevron Lubricants the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.
