When and where is the 2020 RMC?
The 2020 Chevron Reliability Maintenance Conference will be held at The Caterpillar Tinaja Hills Demonstration & Learning Center, October 19−21st, 2020.
How do I make my hotel reservation?
Attendees pay a nominal registration fee for attendance, and arrange their own transportation to Tucson, Arizona. Once on-site, all food and beverage, hotel room for October 19−21st, and all other conference activities are hosted by Chevron Lubricants**. Additional nights are at the attendee’s expense.
When attendees register, check-in and check-out dates are collected on the registration form. The 2020 RMC staff will take care of booking the hotel room for the entire stay. The hotel will require a credit card to be presented upon check-in for incidentals and any additional nights beyond Monday and Tuesday nights.
**Employees of Chevron Lubricants are responsible for their own hotel room charges for all nights.
How do I get to/from the airport?
Transportation can be purchased through the 2020 RMC registration between the airport and your hotel. If you would like to add airport transportation to your existing registration, please call 888.501.7469 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additional information on where to meet the shuttle in the airport will be posted here and emailed to attendees closer to the show.

Will I have an opportunity to download the presentations after the conference?
Select presentations will be made available at the discretion of the presenter in the days following the Chevron Reliability Maintenance Conference.
What do I wear?
Dress for 2020 RMC is business casual. Daytime temperatures for Tucson in October can be above 85° during the day, but can drop below 60° in the evenings. Don’t forget to bring a jacket and dress in layers.
Will my photo be taken during the conference?
The 2019 RMC staff will be conducting both photography and videography during the conference on behalf of Chevron Lubricants. The digital content taken during all conference activities will be used in future promotional materials in print, electronic, and other media, including the RMC and Chevron websites. By participating in this conference you grant RMC and Chevron Lubricants the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.
